We will arrange a pickup from your address.
Once we receive the product, our team will verify the condition before approving a return or refund.
Refunds are issued if:
The returned product passes quality inspection
You received a defective or wrong product
Cancellation is made before the order is shipped
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or bank account within 7–10 working days after approval.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side (wrong/defective product).
For Cash-on-Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer/UPI.
